Xenon flashlamps have proven to be a very effective light source in spectrophotometers; instruments used to measure the amount of photons absorbed after light passes through a sample. The light beams intensity measurement is a function of its color/wavelength. Our custom designed flashlamps can be optimized for pulse duration and flash-to-flash consistency.

The AQC-1026 is used in solar simulation as a quality instrument to measure the photometric efficiency of solar cells and solar panels.
